My Sorted

  • Our new My Sorted service went live on Monday 8 March, replacing My Plan. It's a big upgrade so there may be some teething problems - let us know if things aren't working well for you.   

Money tracker

  • Some users are experiencing problems using this tool on the Chrome browser. We're working on resolving this but in the meantime please try a different web browser.
  • We're also aware of difficulties displaying transactions from some credit card accounts. This is also being worked on.
