Complaint about a superannuation scheme

If the issue relates to an employer (company) super scheme:

1. Contact the Trustees of the scheme to lodge your complaint. The information your employer provides to you about the scheme (for example the Annual Report) will detail how to do this.

1. Contact the Trustees of the scheme to lodge your complaint. The product provider will be able to advise you how to do this.
