You've obviously found your way here, so why not encourage your employees to do the same?
Sorted has the information and tools to help your team get their money sorted. If they don't have internet access at home, you might want to make a work computer available at lunchtime, or after work to let them look around.
If your company has systems in place to restrict employee access to the internet you can almost certainly still allow access to web sites on a case-by-case basis. Simply ask your IT support personnel to add http://www.sorted.org.nz to the list of sites that you allow employees to access.
Even better, if your company has an intranet, then consider adding a link to Sorted, perhaps on the page that lists links of external sites for access, then encourage your employees to visit the site in their own time. Again, your IT support personnel or web developer will be able to complete this.
Properly implemented there is no reason why allowing your employees access to Sorted should compromise your existing internet security policy.
The information your employees enter remains private.
On Sorted your employees can save their personal financial information in My Plan. This enables them to go back to it again and again as they alter their budget or change their plans.
Any personal information they save to My Plan is confidential to them. As an individual they remain anonymous.
We use web measurement tools to tell us how people are using Sorted (what calculators they use and which pages they read and so forth), but these tools cannot identify the individuals using the site. This means we can see a record of what people do on the site, but not who they are. So rest assured any personal information your employees save on Sorted is secure.
We'd like to recommend that a link to Sorted be formatted as follows:
