Retirement village checklists

As there are so many things to consider when looking at retirement villages, these checklists are designed to make it easier for you. You can print them out and take them with you when you visit retirement villages. And don't forget, when you're asking questions about a village, think about your future needs and how they might change.

The information in the checklists is based on the Retirement Villages Act 2003. For national, minimum standards for retirement villages see the Code of Practice 2008 on the Department of Building and Housing website.
