Write down your goals

When you've firmed up your goals, write them down. Then, each six months or year - on a specific date written in a diary or calendar - review how you've done. When you achieve a goal, celebrate. Sorted is all about getting to where you want to go. When the celebrating is over, set yourself a new goal - but don't be too hard on yourself.
